Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for the reclassification of 8,791,475 Ordinary shares of 2p each into
8,310,412 Ordinary shares of 2p each with A rights and 481,063 Ordinary shares
of 2p each with B rights each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be
admitted to the official list upon issuance.
