Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority for 7,179 Ordinary 10p
shares in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to the London
Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.  The Shares rank pari
passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

These shares have been issued to the Company's Non-Executive Directors as part
of a regular annual payment as part of their Directors' fees in lieu of cash
consideration. It is expected that admission for the new shares will become
effective on 1 December 2004.
