Hiscox Insurance Portfolio Fund ("Hiscox") purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 
4p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Hiscox's total 
interest in the voting rights of the Company following this transaction is 
1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.5 per cent. of the total issued share
