(KFT) said Wednesday valid elections for additional New Kraft Foods Shares under the Mix and Match Facility had been received in respect of 5,007,565 Cadbury PLC (CBY) Shares and valid elections for additional cash under the Mix and Match Facility had been received in respect of 1,010,542 Cadbury Shares.

MAIN FACTS:

-Cadbury Securityholders who have made an election to receive additional New Kraft Foods Shares under the Mix and Match Facility will receive 0.225217 New Kraft Foods Shares and GBP4.397184 in cash per Cadbury Share

-Cadbury Securityholders who have made an election to receive additional cash under the Mix and Match Facility will receive GBP7.987146 in cash per Cadbury Share

-The Mix and Match Facility will remain open until the end of the Subsequent Offer Period.
