CCZ Castillo Copper Limited

1.         Stock Exchange Notice N09/24 notified market participants that the London Stock Exchange (the "Exchange") had temporarily halted trading in Castillo Copper Limited (the "Company") (TIDM: CCZ, ISIN: AU000000CCZ2) due to its settlement being disabled in CREST. 

2.         The Company has now completed a corporate action in CREST in respect of its change of name to New Frontier Minerals Limited, together with a new ISIN, AU0000368748 and settlement in this ISIN will resume on Friday 20 December 2024.  Any unsettled trades in CREST will be subject to automatic transformation into the new ISIN for settlement.

3.         As a result of the above, the Exchange will restore trading in the Company under its new name New Frontier Minerals Limited, (TIDM: NFM, ISIN: AU0000368748) with effect from 07:30 on Friday 20 December 2024.
