Director's Dealings

The Company announces that on 5 April 2013, Paul Cassidy, Chairman, transferred a total of 9,800 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Peter Cassidy, Joint Managing Director and 9,800 Ordinary Shares to Phillip Cassidy, Joint Managing Director each being a son of Paul Cassidy. The price at which the Ordinary Shares were transferred was 54 pence per share.

The Company also announces that on 5 April 2013, the wife of Paul Cassidy, Lynda Cassidy transferred a total of 8,300 Ordinary Shares to Peter Cassidy and 8,300 Ordinary Shares to Philip Cassidy. The price at which the Ordinary Shares were transferred was 54 pence per share.

Following the above transactions:

The beneficial interest of Paul Cassidy is now 2,375,650 Ordinary Shares representing 43.00% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The beneficial interest of Philip Cassidy is now 220,713 Ordinary Shares representing 4.00% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The beneficial interest of Peter Cassidy is now 220,713 Ordinary Shares representing 4.00% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
