                            Disposal of 2 nurseries


The Creative Education Corporation PLC ("CEC") announces that on 12 April 2005
it entered into an agreement to dispose its nurseries in Bluewater and Guildford
to Select Enterprises (South East) Limited for a consideration of #1,700,000 in
cash.  Both nurseries are currently non-profit making and have over 110 places
which are not in line with the director's strategy of running nurseries with a
maximum of 80 places.


Completion of the disposals is expected to take place by 1 August 2005 and is
conditional principally on landlord consent and OFSTED approval.
