Creative Education Corporation Plc ("CEC")



CEC are pleased to announce the acquisition of a further nursery in Pinner,
north London, for a consideration of #20,000 in cash.  The nursery has a total
of 38 registered places and takes the total number of CEC nurseries to 36 units
with a total of 1975 registered places.  The Pinner property is on a 10 year
lease.


The Pinner nursery will operate under the Primary Steps banner. This acquisition
puts Primary Steps in a strong position to achieve its objective of providing
top quality childcare in areas of high demand.
