    CEC Unet plc: Statement re Suspension of Shares


    Following its recent change of business focus, CEC Unet plc ("CECU" or "the Company"), the AIM-listed Chinese mobile media services
company, is in the process of appointing a new NOMAD. It has already held talks with several potential advisers and will announce the
appointment of a new NOMAD shortly. In the meantime Blue Oar Securities has resigned as the Company's current NOMAD.
