    Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker 

    CEC Unet Plc. ("CECU" or the "Company") (Ticker: CECU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Hanson Westhouse Limited as the
Company's nominated adviser and broker with immediate effect.  
       
    As a result of this appointment, the trading of CECU's shares will resume today following the suspension of the Company's shares from
trading on the 26th of August.
