CELSIS INTERNATIONAL PLC  ("the Company")

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of
400,000 shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in
issue, will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options under the rules of
the company's 1996 unapproved Scheme. These shares will not be allotted
immediately but as and when the Scheme Rules Allow.

Copies of this announcement may be obtained from the Company's Registered
Office for a period of 14 days and at the Company Announcements Office of the
London Stock Exchange for two days following this announcement (collection
only).
