Celsis International plc (the "Company") announces that on 22 September 2005,
50,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence held as Treasury Shares were sold at a price
of 178.5 pence per share.

Following the sale, the Company has 226,500 Treasury Shares.  Excluding Treasury
Shares, the Company has 22,256,543 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in issue.
