Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 79,696 Ordinary
Shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in
issue, have been allotted to Mr R.T. Hollis who is entitled to a 1998 Earn Out
payment, equivalent to US$ 50,000, in connection with the acquisition of
Scientific Associates Inc
