Exercise of Options and Total Voting
Rights
Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer
relationship management software solutions provider, announces that
on 6 December 2024, options (the "Options") over 3,648 shares of 0.5
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were exercised by
certain PDMRs pursuant to the Company's Save-As-You-Earn Option
Plan (the "SAYE
Scheme"). Of the Options,
1,824 were exercised by Amit McCann and 1,824 were exercised by
Richard Doughty. The new Ordinary Shares were issued under the
Company's block listing.
Total voting
rights
Following the exercise of the Options, the
total number of Ordinary Shares in issue, for the purposes of the
Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, is
29,546,558 with each share carrying the right to one vote. The
Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in
the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company
under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
