September 2006, Peter Catesby, non-executive Chairman, purchased 55,000
ordinary shares in the company at 38.4 pence per share which represents 0.06%
of the share capital of the Company. Following the purchase, he now holds
80,267 shares which represents 0.09% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
