    Total Voting Rights Update

    Coffee Republic plc (AIM: CFE) advises that, as at the date of this announcement, and following the consolidation of the Company's
ordinary share capital on 17 October 2008, it has a single class of shares in issue. This class consists of ordinary shares of 6 pence each
("Ordinary Shares"). There are 10,431,559 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying one vote per Ordinary Share. The Company does not hold any
Ordinary Shares in treasury.

    Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 10,431,559.

    The above figure of 10,431,559 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the shares capital of Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
