Conchango received notification on 7 April 2008 of the following transaction in
its ordinary shares, by two of its directors:



Alan Griffin transferred 159,704 ordinary shares to his wife on 4 April 2008

Richard Poole transferred 113,127 ordinary shares to his wife on 4 April 2008



Following the transfers, the directors' total beneficial interests in the issued
share capital of the Company remain unchanged as follows:



Alan Griffin - 992,806 shares representing 0.5% of the issued share capital of
the Company

Richard Poole - 2,870,765 shares representing 1.6% of the issued share capital
of the Company
