The Board of Charles Street notes the rise in the Company's share price this 
morning and also notes the articles published by the Daily Star and the Daily 
Express this morning.  The articles mention that the Company is close to 
announcing a deal to acquire uranium assets in Bulgaria. The Board of Charles 
Street would like to confirm that, as an investment company, Charles Street is 
constantly evaluating a number of potential investments and opportunities but 
stresses that no firm commitments or decisions on these evaluations have yet 
been made by the Board.
