Issue of Equity



The Company has issued 5,847 ordinary #1 shares pursuant to the exercise of
5,847 employee share options these options were exercised at a price of 200
pence per ordinary share under the Chelford Group EMI share option scheme.



These new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company, and Admission of the new shares is expected Monday, 19 June
2006. Following admission there will be a total of 7,146,329 ordinary shares in
issue.
