("China Rerun" or the "Group")
Resignation of Director and Nominated Adviser
As part of its ongoing review of the Group's systems and
controls, Cairn Financial Advisers LLP requested the Group to
commission an independent review. The Board of the Group did not
wish to proceed with this review and as a result, Nick Lyth,
Non-executive Director, has resigned with immediate effect.
Accordingly, Cairn Financial Advisers LLP has also resigned as
Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.
The Groups's shares have today been suspended from trading on
AIM. In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Group fails to appoint a
replacement nominated adviser within one month of the date of
suspension, admission of the Groups's shares to trading on AIM will
be cancelled.
