Jeff Perrin retired from the Cohort
Board following today's AGM after 9 years during which he Chaired
the Audit Committee, was a member of the Remuneration Committee and
acted as Senior Independent Director. He brought diligence and
wisdom to these roles and made a valuable contribution to the
development of Cohort. The Board is most grateful to him. Peter
Lynas has succeeded Jeff as Chairman of the Audit Committee and
Senior Independent Director.
Notes:
1.
Any proxy appointments which gave discretion to
the Chairman have been included in the "for" total.
2.
The total number of shares in issue is
41,801,761.
3.
A "vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not
counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes "for" and

4.
All percentages are shown to two decimal
places.
