SHARE PURCHASE , VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL 
 
Close Income & Growth VCT PLC announces that it has, today, purchased 30,000 
Ordinary shares at a price of 54.5 pence per share. This represents 0.07% of the 
total number of voting rights in the Company before the transaction. These 
shares will be held in treasury. 
 
Following this transaction and in conformity with the Transparency Directive's 
transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following: 
 
Close Income & Growth VCT PLC's capital today consists of 45,376,906 Ordinary 
shares with a nominal value of 50p each. Close Income & Growth VCT PLC holds 
3,189,718 shares in Treasury. 
 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Close Income & Growth VCT PLC is 
42,187,188. 
 
The figure of 42,187,188 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or change to their interest in, Close Income & Growth VCT PLC under 
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
