Clipper Ventures announces that it has been notified that Sir Robin 
Knox-Johnston, Chairman of the Company, today purchased 1,593,762 Ordinary 
Shares in the Company at a price of 5 pence per share. Following this 
transaction, Sir Robin Knox-Johnston's total beneficial interest in the Company 
is 8,716,998 Ordinary Shares, representing 22.4% of the total issued share
