Clipper Ventures Plc (AIM: CLV), was notified today that Sir Robin 
Knox-Johnston, Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,562,500 Ordinary Shares in 
the Company on 29 April 2009 at a price of 4.1 pence per share. Following this 
transaction, Sir Robin's total beneficial interest in the Company is 10,279,498 
Ordinary Shares, representing 26.4% of the total issued share capital of the 
Company. 
 
 
The Company was also notified that William Ward, Chief Executive of the Company, 
has today purchased 400,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 4.1 
pence per share. Following this transaction, William Ward's total beneficial 
interest in the Company is 10,190,259 Ordinary Shares, representing 26.1% of the 
total issued share capital of the Company. 
 
 
Furthermore, the Company was informed today that Mr David Barry now holds a 
beneficial interest in 2,352,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, following the 
purchase of 25,000 shares on 30 April 2009, representing approximately 6% of the
