Commoditrade was notified yesterday by Brewin Dolphin Securities, in accordance 
with Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that following a number of sales 
totalling 7,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary 
Shares"), its client Ambeson Limited, now has an interest in 96,423,114 Ordinary 
Shares, representing approximatley 25.63 per cent. of the issued ordinary share 
capital of the Company.
