Commoditrade received notification yesterday pursuant to the FSA Disclosure and
Transparency Rules that, following an acquisition of ordinary shares of 0.1p
each in the Company("Ordinary Shares")on 12 April 2007, Credit Agricole
Cheuvreux International Limited ("Agricole") has an interest in 26,647,500
Ordinary Shares. This represents approximately 7.08 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
