The Company today received notification pursuant to the FSA Disclosure and
Transparency Rules that, following an acquisition of ordinary shares of 0.1p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 1 October 2007, MF Global UK Limited
has an interest in 29,773,220 Ordinary Shares. This represents approximately
7.79 per cent. of the issued share capital of Commoditrade.
