 Completion of AMCO acquisition 
Further to its announcement made on 1 December 2008, Commoditrade Inc. (AIM: 
CMM), the commodities investment group, is pleased to announce that, following 
receipt of approval to the transaction from the FSA on 18 February 2009, 
completion of the acquisition of AMCO Management Services Limited, the 
controlling partner of AMCO Commodities LLP, a commodities fund manager, took 
place on 20 February 2009.
