Board appointment

The  Company  is  pleased to announce that  David  Philip
Roots aged 43 has been appointed an executive director of
the Group board with effect from 7 June 2001.

David  is  currently a director of Comino  Plc  and  will
bring additional direct operational representation to the
Group board.

There   are  no  other  details  to  be  disclosed  under
paragraphs 6F2 (a)-(g) of the Listing Rules.
