                           COMINO PLC: CONTRACT GAIN
   ISE Subsidiary wins Wychaven and Malvern Hills District Councils Contract

Comino  plc, the supplier of software-based business solutions for the  social
housing,  local  authority  and  pensions  sectors,  announces  that  its  ISE
subsidiary has won a significant contract to provide call centre technology to
Wychaven and Malvern Hills District Councils in Worcestershire.

The  two  councils  have joined forces with ISE to create a  pioneering  joint
venture  Service  Centre that will give people in the area a single  point  of
contact  and  provide  the answers they need - whether they  have  a  detailed
planning  inquiry or simply want to know when to put their rubbish  out.   The
Service Centre will be up and running by the millennium.

The  two  councils  have  collaborated on a number of IT  projects  in  recent
months.   This has produced enough savings to allow the Service Centre  to  be
funded  from  existing  budgets. The venture, which is designed  to  make  the
District Councils more accessible and user-friendly, is being watched  closely
by other authorities up and down the country.

Chris  Bocock,  Chief Executive of Malvern Hills District Council,  and  Steve
Nott,  Chief Executive of Wychaven District Council, said:  "This  is  a  very
exciting  development  for  us  as part of our continuous  search  to  improve
service to our customers.  We are looking forward to working together and with
