Directors Dealing - Additional Information

The  Company  announced yesterday  that  Garth  Selvey  a
director  of  the Company sold on 14 June  1999,  250,216
ordinary  shares  in the Company, representing  1.84  per
cent. of the issued share capital, at a price of 301p.

Comino  is proposing to move up to the Official  List  of
the  London Stock Exchange in July 1999, and the sale  of
part  of Mr Selvey's shareholding was undertaken in order
to  utilise reliefs available to him under the retirement
relief provisions, which would not be available once  the
Company was on the Official List.

Mr  Selvey  retains 900,000 ordinary shares  representing
6.64  per  cent.  of  the issued  share  capital  of  the
Company.
