the  London  Stock Exchange for the admission  of  42,259
ordinary  shares  to  be admitted to the  Official  List.
These  shares have been allotted in connection  with  the
exercise  of share options by an employee of the Company.
It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares
will commence on Monday 9th August 1999.
