The Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission has opened an
investigation into Saint-Gobain Flat Glass Division's compliance with
competition law rules.

As part of this investigation, on the 22nd of February agents of the Commission
visited the premises of Saint-Gobain Vitrage at La Defense as well as premises
in Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle).
