Saint-Gobain to cancel 6.1 million shares
On November 28, 2014, the Company will cancel 6.1 million shares
held in treasury stock. The shares were mostly acquired on the
market in August and October. This transaction offsets the new
shares issued in 2014 under the Group Savings Plan, the stock
option and performance share plans.
Following this transaction, the company's capital will comprise
561,734,621 shares.
