                       CODA plc ("CODA" or the "Company")


                            Cancellation of Listing



Pursuant to the announcement made by Unit 4 Agresso N.V. today in which it
declared its offer for CODA plc unconditional in all respects, CODA today
announces that an application has been made for the cancellation of admission of
the ordinary shares of the Company from trading on the AIM market of the London
Stock Exchange. It is expected that the cancellation will take effect at 7.00
a.m. on 27 March 2008.

Further to the announcement on 14 January 2008 and as a consequence of Unit 4
Agresso's offer for CODA being declared unconditional in all respects, the
Company will no longer be announcing its Preliminary Results for the year ended
31 December 2007 (previously scheduled to be announced on Thursday 13 March
2008).
