                            SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDER

CPL was today informed of the following dealing by the following Director and
Significant Shareholder:


Anne Heraty, Chief Executive disposed of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal
value of Euro0.10 each at a price of Euro7 per share on Monday last, 5 February 2007.


Following this transaction, Ms Heraty is beneficially interested in 12,907,764
Ordinary Shares representing 34.8% of the existing issued share capital of the
Company.  This is exclusive of the interests of her husband Paul Carroll which
remain unchanged.
