The Company announces that on 10 December 2007 51,250 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p
each were forfeited in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association
due to non-payment of the purchase price. The shares have been cancelled by the
Company.

Following the forfeiture the issued share capital of the Company is 11,004,969
Ordinary Shares.
