("CRHL" or "the Company")

Cancellation of trading in CRHL shares on AIM

Creat Resources Holdings Limited ("CRHL") (AIM: CRHL) announces that its shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM, as per Rule 41 of the AIM Rules, as from 7am today.

The Company's shares were suspended from trading on AIM on 7 April 2014 as a result of the Company having not yet made an acquisition, or acquisitions, which constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules or otherwise having implemented its Investing Policy. As a result of the Company's shares remaining suspended for a period of over six months the Company's shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM by the London Stock Exchange.

Although the Company has been assessing potential investments, and has been in discussions with a number of parties, none so far have progressed to completion to enable the Company to fulfil its investing policy and remain admitted to trading on AIM.

The Company will continue to seek and review potential investments on behalf of shareholders and will keep shareholders informed of material developments via its website following the cancellation. It is possible that the Company may seek readmission to AIM via a reverse takeover if it is successful in finding a suitable acquisition target however there is no guarantee of this.
