2007 by Noble Fund Managers Limited and Noble AIM VCT PLC (collectively "Noble")
that, as at 15 August 2007, Noble has an direct interest in 5,333,333 ordinary
shares representing 7.74% of the voting rights in the Company.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in
the Company.
