The Board of the Company has today received formal notification that Paul 
Campbell, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, and his wife have each 
acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 20 
pence per share. 
 
 
Following the completion of the above transaction, Paul Campbell is interested 
in ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company, including family and
