Share Price Rise

The Board of cScape has noted the recent rise in the Company's share price. Other than the information provided, below, the Board is not aware of any specific reason for the sudden rise in the Company's share price.

The Company expects to release its interim results for the six months to 31 December 2010 before the end of March 2011 and, as alluded to in the Chairman's statement contained in the final results for the year ended 30 June 2010 released on 16 December 2010, the Company expects to report a return to profitability for the half year.

In addition, the Company continues to explore ways in which to enhance profitability and boost value to shareholders through a continued reduction in liabilities and other strategic corporate activity.
