Result of General Meeting and
Related Party Transaction
Catenai PLC (AIM: CTAI), the AIM
quoted provider of digital media and technology, announces that at
its General Meeting held today, the resolution was duly
passed.
Following shareholder approval, the
Company has provided the first tranche of £150k to Klarian as part
of the CLN announced on 25 April 2024.
Related Party Transaction
The Company has purchased certain
insurance policies valued, in aggregate, at £16,950 through
B.T.I.C. Limited (the "Transaction"), a company controlled by Brian
Thompson, a director of the Company.
The Transaction constitutes a
related party transaction for the purposes of Rule 13 of the AIM
Rules by virtue of Brian Thompson being a director of the Company
and controller of B.T.I.C. Limited and therefore B.T.I.C. Limited
is a related party. John Farthing and Sarfraz Munshi, being
directors of the Company independent of the Transaction, having
consulted with the Company's nominated adviser, Cairn Financial
Advisers LLP, consider that, the terms of the Transaction are fair
and reasonable in so far as the Company's shareholders are
concerned.
This announcement contains inside

Officer of the Company and the Directors of the Company are
