                       Statement re Share Price Movement


The board of Conister notes the recent increase in the Company's share price and
confirms that it is in advanced talks to acquire a business which would
constitute a "reverse take-over" pursuant to rule 14 of the AIM Rules.

The Company has therefore requested its shares are suspended from trading with
immediate effect, pending the announcement of further information.
