Issue of Equity

The Board has received and accepted a request to exercise 37,500 warrants, pursuant to the Employee Share Option Scheme 
2003 and accordingly  will issue and allot 37,500 ordinary shares of 25 p each in the Company (the "Shares").

Application will be made for the Shares, which will rank pari passu, with existing ordinary shares,  to be admitted to 
trading on AIM.
