                             Directors Shareholding



The Company was informed on 27 July 2007 that Jeremiah Francis Linehan had
purchased a total of 35,000 ordinary shares of 25p each, representing 0.08 per
cent. of the ordinary share capital of the Company at a price of 68.5p per
ordinary share.


Following this purchase Jeremiah Francis Linehan and persons connected to him
are interested in 130,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.31 per cent. of the
ordinary share capital of the Company, all of which are held beneficially.
