                              Exercise of Options



Centurion Electronics plc ("Centurion" or the "Company") has been notified today
that a former employee has acquired 250,000 Centurion ordinary shares a result
of the exercise of options under the Company's Enterprise Management Investment
Share Option Scheme.

Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to
trading to AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 7 February
2005.



The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the
Company.  Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the
Company will increase to 24,814,427 ordinary shares.
