Centurion Electronics plc, ("Centurion" or the "Company") was informed yesterday
in accordance with sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended),
that Fidelity International Limited (FIL), on behalf of certain of its direct
and indirect subsidiaries, collectively and non-beneficially bought 708,650
Centurion ordinary shares and accordingly now has a holding of 1,458,650
ordinary shares representing approximately 5.88 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
