                      PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH AUDIOVOX
                                        
Centurion Electronics plc ("Centurion" or the "Company"), the UK provider of
in-car audio-visual entertainment, today announces it has signed an exclusive
distributorship agreement with Audiovox Audio Produkte GmbH ("Audiovox") to be
the sole distributor of Audiovox in-car audio-visual products throughout the UK
and Ireland.

Audiovox is a market leader in segments of the wireless communication and
consumer electronics market throughout the USA. It has recently formed Audiovox
Germany Holdings GmbH, and started expanding its successful business throughout
Europe.

The distributorship agreement gives Centurion the sales and marketing of an
already established brand offering a wide range of high-quality in-car
audio-visual products for the specialist market with which Centurion has
established a close working relationship over the past 5 years.

Pat Lavelle CEO of Audiovox stated: "This agreement allows us to expand our
distribution of mobile video products to all of Europe as well as to the
aftermarket and OEM. Centurion is a market leader in mobile video distribution
