    Conival Plc ("Conival" or "the Company", AIM: CVL), was yesterday notified that Marco Pierre White, a significant shareholder in the
Company,  sold 23,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company at an average price of 0.95p per share in April 2008. 

    Following this sale, Marco Pierre White has no beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
