Suspension of trading


Further to the Company's announcement on 14 March 2008 regarding the Company's
merger with Impellam Group plc ("Impellam"), the Company's shares will be
suspended from trading on AIM from 7.00 a.m. on 6 May 2008. Furthermore,
assuming that the merger between Carlisle and Impellam becomes effective on 6
May 2008, the Company's shares will be cancelled from AIM on 7 May 2008.
